At the moment, we ship free to the Continental USA and Singapore. While we’d love to send our perfumes everywhere, being a small studio means we have to grow carefully. Expanding our shipping is part of our plans, and we’ll update this policy once we can reach more of you around the world.

Free Shipping to Singapore and Continental USA

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders to Singapore and Continental USA.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping option delivers to Singapore and Continental USA within approximately 10 business days.  We operate a small business we ship our products on a fixed day weekly. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen logistical issues. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Partners

For orders in Continental USA, we ship via USPS Ground. For orders in Singapore, we ship via Grab Delivery or SingPost.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns

We do not offer returns, but if your perfume arrives damaged, we’ll send you a fresh bottle right away—plus a few complimentary samples to thank you for your patience.
